For submissions use the LNCS Template for LaTeX on Overleaf, or use the Word template, to generate a PDF paper for submission.

Submission of posters and accompanying abstracts to the Student Poster Session should include a draft poster and the abstract as specified for submission to the main conference.

The poster size should not be larger than 24 inches wide by 36 inches high (24" x 36").

Student Poster Session

Submission: Authors should submit an abstract of max. 2-pages as specified above for Abstracts submissions, and in addition, a draft poster in PDF format.

Important Dates - Main Conference

• Submission deadline: June 28, 2026 (End of Day, Anywhere on Earth (AoE))
• Notification of acceptance: July 11, 2026
• Camera-ready papers (LaTeX source or Word document): August 23, 2026 (post-proceedings)
